Use this form if you want to receive an invoice and pay by check.

When we receive your order, we'll calculate the cost, confirm it with you by email, mail your order after we receive your confirmation, and send you an invoice.

You must give us a working email address that you check regularly or the order can not be confirmed.

Shipping & Handling - You will be billed $4.95 (USA) for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item mailed to the same address.

Orders outside the USA - S&H for orders outside the USA will be calculated based on actual cost. You will be notified by email of the total price of your order including S&H. The order will not be mailed until you have approved the invoice by return email. If you've not odered from us before, we'll wait for payment before mailing.
