Book Recall - some Prayer Guide books are missing page 13

Dear friends,

If you have a defective book, Stonehouse Creations wants to fix it.

Something happened at the printer that resulted in some books having two of page 14 and missing page 13. We sold the first two boxes of these books at the Prayer Conference in Conover, North Carolina the last week in August, '06. No one has reported a problem, but we've discovered it in books from that printing.

If you have a book that's missing page 13, we really want to fix it. The printer has repaired all the defective books in stock and provided pages to repair any that have been sold. You have two options if you have one of these books.

1. Request a new page and fix the book yourself. Click here to see instructions.
2. Return it and it will be fixed for you.

• Fill out the email form requesting a replacement page. Be sure to include your name and address.
• You'll receive the new page by mail with the following instructions.
• Read these instructions now to be sure it's something you can do. Click here to see instructions with pictures.
  • Clip off one crimped end of the plastic coil that holds the book together. A pair of toenail clippers work very well.
  • Lay the book at the edge of a table so that the coil is over the edge and lay something heavy on the book to hold it in place.
  • Now 'unscrew' the coil using both hands.
  • Take the defective page out and insert the new page. Be sure that you don't get any of the other pages out of order.
  • Lay the book back on the edge of the table as before, being sure that all the holes line up.
  • Starting with the end of the coil that you trimmed, 'screw' the coil back into the book, using both hands.
  • When the coil is back in position, use a pair of pliers to crimp the end like it was before.

• Fill out the repair request form. Be sure to include your name and address.
• You will receive a postage paid mailer.
• Put your book in the mailer, mail it, and you'll get it back in a couple of weeks.
